Focus on assessing training needs, using performance data to improve learning outcomes, and maintaining quality-controlled training processes.

What you will do
- Co-design and implement training programs covering safety, technical skills, leadership, and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate classroom, e-learning, on-the-job, workshop, and simulation-based training for diverse audiences.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using participant feedback, performance data, and operational efficiency measures.
- Maintain training records, participant progress data, reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Partner with subject matter experts, external trainers, and learning leaders to deliver training outcomes.
- Keep learning procedures current, quality-controlled, and aligned with operational requirements.
Requirements
- NQF5 OD ETDP Level 5 Higher Certificate and Grade 12.
- Trade Certificates in Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Mechanics, and Automotive Electrical work.
- Assessor and Moderator Certificates.
- At least five years of relevant experience as a qualified artisan and facilitator, with knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
- Proficiency in adult learning, instructional design, learning technologies, safety management, data analysis, and project management.
- Valid EB/Code 08 driver's licence; ISO 9001:2015 and Engineering Foreman certificates are advantageous.
