Strategy and Performance Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Govern logistics performance across regional markets through OKRs, KPIs, strategic priorities, and structured reporting.
• Review performance with regional and local stakeholders, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to execute initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.
• Prepare executive presentations, performance reports, and business reviews with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead PMO governance and cross-functional planning for major logistics peak events, including Ramadan, Eid, New Year's Eve, and seasonal demand peaks.
• Track milestones and dependencies, ensure operational readiness, and lead post-peak performance reviews and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Performance Management, PMO, Consulting, or Operations Excellence.
• Experience in technology, e-commerce, logistics, marketplace, regional, or global organisations is preferred.
• Experience managing performance through KPI, OKR, and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, project management, program management, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools.
