TL;DR
Vice President, Strategy & Transformation (Strategy and Business Transformation): Leading the LEGO Groupβs central strategy and transformation function, shaping long-term direction and translating strategic priorities into sustainable business impact with an accent on executive advisory, cross-organisational programmes, and organisational development. Focus on synthesising complex business insights, leading critical strategic projects, and developing a team of approximately 40 professionals across strategy, change, project, and programme management.
Location: Billund or Copenhagen, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Lead the Strategy & Transformation function and oversee approximately 40 professionals across strategy development, business development, project management, change management, and programme management.
- Advise the CFO and Executive Leadership Team on the companyβs strategic agenda and organisational development initiatives.
- Analyse data and insights to shape long-term business direction and strategic priorities.
- Lead critical projects from scoping and analysis through recommendation development, working with internal partners and external consultants.
- Coordinate cross-organisational project and change management networks and report on projects across the Group.
- Develop direct reports and support the annual planning process.
Requirements
- MBA or masterβs degree in economics, finance, or a related field from a top-tier university with excellent results.
- Deep experience in a leading global management consultancy and experience in an internal strategy department or line function within FMCG or retail.
- Proven experience leading, motivating, and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Executive-level communication skills and the ability to work across markets and organisational levels.
- Strong strategic, quantitative, and analytical skills, with the ability to move between strategic discussions and operational detail.
- Proficient written and spoken English required.
