System Support Analyst (Windows)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical support for on-site and remote users in a Windows enterprise environment.
• Support Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, laptops, mobile devices, printers, shared workstations, conference rooms, projectors, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Intune, mobile device management, conferencing platforms, and audiovisual systems including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Polycom.
• Build, configure, patch, maintain, repair, and manage employee systems and enterprise infrastructure applications.
• Provide executive support and technical support for town hall-style events and remote meetings.
• Coordinate with GTS groups to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests while meeting Service Level Agreement standards.

Requirements

• Four or more years of experience as a Support Specialist, System Administrator, or in Executive Support.
• Required experience providing executive support.
• Fluent English required; French or German is an advantage.
• Experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM tool.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, AWS, SCCM, Microsoft Intune, MDM, Active Directory, Polycom, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Strong administration, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, planning, and organizational skills.
