Junior Analytics Specialist (A/B Testing)

Location: Remote from Cairo, Egypt; must overlap 8am–12pm EST (New York Time), with flexible hours outside the overlap window

Compensation: $800–$1,200 per month

Runs website experiments and uses proprietary web-testing data to help clients improve conversion performance.

What you will do

• Analyze client website data and create reports using Google Sheets, analytics software, and CRM tools.
• Investigate data anomalies and identify root causes.
• Gather reporting requirements and adapt reports to client needs in collaboration with project managers.
• Maintain an organized, up-to-date database of reports and documentation.
• Use data analysis to identify opportunities for A/B testing on client pages.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a wide range of client tools.
• Strong data literacy and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Cairo, Egypt and overlap with 8am–12pm EST.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
• Around one year of analytics experience.
