What you will do
- Develop instructionally sound documentation that helps customers use EDA products in their design flows.
- Review product messages and software user interfaces for clarity and accuracy.
- Create feature videos, blogs, and other customer-focused technical communication materials.
- Learn and contribute to software and document development processes.
- Collaborate with R&D and product engineering subject-matter experts across different geographies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s program in any discipline; Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Technical Communications is preferred.
- Certificate or diploma holders in Technical Communications or Instructional Design may also apply.
- Strong language and writing skills with an interest in technology and media communication.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and flows and turn them into clear, usable information.
