Pharmacy Pre-Grad Intern - WM (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at 8500 Jones Maltsberger Rd, San Antonio, Texas, United States

Salary: $19.50–$32.50 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Process prescription and over-the-counter orders and purchases.
• Support patient care by recognizing patient needs and helping navigate clinical therapies.
• Maintain confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records in accordance with company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Receive and stock merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Manage inventory and maintain the pharmacy area.
• Participate in community activities, outreach, and events.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in an accredited pharmacy school.
• Demonstrate proficiency in pharmaceutical care and best practices.
• Build effective relationships with customers and the pharmacy team.
• Address individual patient needs and follow HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
• Work part time in an onsite community pharmacy setting.

Nice to have

• Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification.
