TL;DR
Due Diligence Officer (Junior) (AML/KYC): Supporting client due diligence cases through First Line Assessments, data validation, documentation management, and case preparation with an accent on sanctions screening, UBO review, and regulatory accuracy. Focus on reviewing DDQs, validating information against internal and public sources, and escalating issues through established compliance workflows.

What you will do
- Perform First Line Assessments and Enhanced Due Diligence for client cases as needed.
- Review due diligence questionnaires for completeness and consistency.
- Validate information against internal systems and public sources.
- Collect, organize, and maintain documentation and accurate case records.
- Conduct basic AML/KYC checks, including sanctions screening and UBO review.
- Prepare cases for further assessment, escalate issues, and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders under supervision.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; a university degree is preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Basic understanding of AML/KYC concepts is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, data quality, organization, and communication skills.
- Working proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Nice to have
- Additional foreign language skills.
- University degree.
