We are looking for an exceptional General Manager / CEO to lead a growing startup in Riyadh and take it to its next stage of growth.
This is not a traditional management position.
We are looking for a leader who can think strategically, execute decisively, build teams, drive revenue, and create scalable operations.
What You’ll Own
• Business strategy and growth
• Revenue and business development
• P&L and financial performance
• Team building and organizational development
• Strategic partnerships and market expansion
• Operational efficiency and scalable processes
• KPIs, performance, and execution
• Relationships with investors and key stakeholders
Who We’re Looking For
A commercially minded leader with:
• 7+ years of leadership experience
• Proven experience scaling a business or startup
• Strong P&L and commercial understanding
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on execution
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills
• Arabic & English fluency
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
Compensation
SAR 40,000 – 60,000/month + Performance Bonus
The final package will depend on experience, leadership track record, and business impact.
