What you will do

  • Oversee daily performance across retail locations and online gaming operations.
  • Manage retail logistics, inventory allocation, equipment, suppliers, and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor online platforms, payment gateways, customer support processes, and service levels.
  • Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, manage budgets, and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate with Technology, Product, Finance, Customer Support, and Compliance teams.
  • Lead retail managers, logistics teams, and online operations staff while ensuring regulatory and responsible gaming compliance.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of operational management experience across retail and online environments.
  • Experience in gaming, betting, e-commerce, retail, or another high-volume transactional industry.
  • Experience managing physical inventory alongside digital platforms and payment processes.
  • Experience managing teams, budgets, suppliers, and operational KPIs.
  • Familiarity with ERP, POS, e-commerce, or operational reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
