Senior Product Manager, Search Infrastructure (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel. Applicants must be authorized to work in Israel and provide proof of employment eligibility.

What you will do

• Set quality standards and release criteria for search products in collaboration with the evaluation team.
• Own tradeoffs between search depth, latency, relevance, freshness, and cost.
• Shape index coverage, freshness requirements, corpus composition, and roadmap direction.
• Define the future of search infrastructure for AI agents and agentic retrieval workflows.
• Use customer feedback and competitive analysis to prioritize quality improvements.
• Partner with search engineering, research, data, vertical product, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including substantial work with high-scale search or ranking systems.
• Previous experience as an engineer, ML engineer, or researcher on a production search, ranking, or advertising system at scale.
• Experience shipping search or ranking changes end to end and evaluating their impact.
• Strong skills in experimentation, evaluation analysis, product judgment, and cross-functional influence.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval in agentic workflows.
• Authorization to work in Israel is required.

Nice to have

• Depth in information retrieval, NLP, or applied machine learning.
• Experience with index tiering, sharding, freshness pipelines, or cost-per-query optimization.
• Experience with hybrid retrieval, semantic and lexical search, reranking, or human evaluation programs.
• Experience with API-first developer platforms or high-growth technology companies.
