hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of nonprofit assurance engagements.
• Manage engagement timing, staffing, execution, budgets, and deadlines.
• Lead engagement decisions and communicate progress, conclusions, and recommendations to the Engagement Principal.
• Develop and lead audit teams through recruiting, assignment planning, problem resolution, consultation, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Manage engagement letters, client discussions, fee estimates, internal control evaluations, and audit program reviews.
• Maintain client relationships and prepare final client meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm, including strategic management experience.
• CPA license certification is required.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams and provide direct guidance and consultation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present practical solutions to clients.
• Ability to work in the office in Pittsburgh, West Hartford, or Shelton, United States.
