Lead Media Buyer (Google Ads)

International performance marketing agency working with advertisers in 40+ countries. We specialize in exclusive traffic acquisition and custom PMP deals for high-risk and niche verticals. Full-cycle service: from sourcing traffic to supporting campaigns through to target ROI. Our own platform, flexible working formats (self-service and managed service), and a dedicated account management team.

Responsibilities
✔️Launch and scale campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
✔️Build media plans and traffic buying strategies across various GEOs.
✔️Work with click trackers and CRM: setup, incoming lead analysis, attribution.
✔️Test hypotheses, analyze the funnel from click to deposit and ROI.
✔️Collaborate with designers, technical specialists, and content managers.
✔️Report on key KPIs and optimize campaigns on the fly.

Requirements
✔️2–3+ years of experience in Google Ads.
✔️Experience in crypto is a strong plus; also considering candidates with iGaming or Nutra experience.
✔️Experience working with click trackers and CRM.
✔️Solid understanding of unit economics (CPL/CPA/ROI).
✔️Ability to manage a substantial ad budget.
✔️Team management experience is a plus.
✔️English from B2 level, written and spoken.
