TL;DR
Medior Business Analyst (Financial Services & Calypso): Analyzing and improving Calypso/Adenza functionality for collateral management in financial services with an accent on business requirements, operational efficiency, and risk management. Focus on conducting UAT, documenting functional specifications, supporting production requests, and coordinating feature implementation with developers and stakeholders.
Location: Porto, Portugal; hybrid work with 3 days remote per week. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do
- Analyze business requirements with users and project managers to optimize Calypso/Adenza functionality.
- Identify process improvements that increase operational efficiency and support risk management.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and deliver training for end users.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, user guides, and other documentation.
- Track project progress, risks, and issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support production requests and assist developers with implementing new features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Fluent English, written and verbal.
- Existing legal right to work in the European Union.
Nice to have
- Experience with Calypso/Adenza software.
- Certifications in business analysis or financial software.
- Knowledge of Collateral Management processes beyond Calypso/Adenza.
