Logistics Systems & SAP EWM Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d) (SAP EWM)

Location: CH - Visp; fully site-based. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end SAP MM and SAP EWM processes across inbound logistics, warehousing, inventory, production supply, returns, and outbound distribution.
• Analyze business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and support configurations, enhancements, integrations, and rollouts with IT and implementation partners.
• Manage integration between SAP ERP/S/4HANA, decentralized SAP EWM, LIMS, 3PL systems, warehouse automation, and material handling systems.
• Plan and execute testing, data validation, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and compliant handover to support teams.
• Manage incidents, master data, change requests, root-cause analyses, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Create process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and key-user documentation while delivering end-user training.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with SAP EWM, ideally combined with SAP MM, in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, or another regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Experience with implementations, enhancements, integrations, testing, validation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Knowledge of cGMP, CSV, data integrity, quality requirements, and Segregation of Duties principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with an independent and solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent English is required; German is a strong advantage.
