Senior Operations Portfolio Manager (Aviation)

What you will do

• Lead and manage the Ops PMO, Ops Data Analytics, and Ops Product Management teams.
• Set PMO policies and coordinate high-value, complex operational projects across airline operating entities and the central organization.
• Establish standardized operational KPI management, including aircraft utilization, crew utilization, and on-time performance.
• Oversee data analytics initiatives such as dashboards, reports, and BI models.
• Manage Crew Logistics, Crew Uniform Provision, Immigration, and Operations Stationary Services.
• Control central services budgets, provider KPIs and SLAs, tendering processes, and service continuity.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of overall professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing complex projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Advanced computer user skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong motivation, mentoring, communication, problem-solving, organizational, delegation, and follow-up skills.
