TL;DR
Fixed NW Design & Dev. Tech Lead (IP/MPLS): Designing, implementing, and scaling fixed and mobile IP/MPLS networks for enterprise and consumer services with an accent on HLD/LLD architecture, multi-vendor interoperability, and network modernization. Focus on developing new technologies and services, validating complex network changes in labs, and delivering secure, highly available access, aggregation, and core infrastructure.

What you will do
- Plan, design, implement, and scale fixed and mobile IP/MPLS networks across access, aggregation, and core layers.
- Develop HLD and LLD network designs for enterprise customers using fibre, copper, wireless, GPON, XGPON, and other access technologies.
- Design and implement new services and technologies including IPv6, CGNAT, SDN, SD-WAN, BNG, enterprise anti-DDoS, SIP trunking, peering, and FWA.
- Review configuration changes, assess risks, support change-management governance, and resolve critical migration and operational issues.
- Test new hardware, software versions, network upgrades, security changes, and vendor solutions in laboratory environments.
- Act as a technical reference for presales, planning, implementation, and operations teams while driving end-to-end architecture for new products.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IP technology and network engineering.
- Experience deploying, implementing, and managing Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, and Nokia network devices.
- Experience designing fixed, mobile, and enterprise networks using HLD and LLD documentation.
- Knowledge of Cisco IOS, Cisco IOS-XR, JUNOS, and Nokia OS syntax.
- Experience with IP gateways, mobile and fixed networks, data-roaming gateways, GRX provider NNIs, and GPON/XGPON.
- CCIE Service Provider and/or CCIE Routing & Switching certification is highly recommended.
Nice to have
- Experience configuring F5 load balancers.
- Experience with telecom node IP design and hardware specifications across multiple vendors.
