What you will do
- Define and drive enterprise Data and AI architecture.
- Design scalable Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, ETL/ELT, and real-time data solutions.
- Lead AI and Generative AI architecture initiatives, including RAG and LLM-based solutions.
- Establish data governance, security, standards, and lifecycle management practices.
- Evaluate and align data tools, cloud providers, virtualization technologies, and data lake platforms with group technology standards.
- Assess architecture gaps, prepare data foundations for data science and intelligent data applications, and lead transformation roadmaps.
Requirements
- Telecom experience is mandatory.
- Extensive experience in Data Architecture and Enterprise Architecture.
- Expertise in data warehousing, Lakehouse architecture, ETL/ELT, data modeling, Big Data, and real-time data streaming.
- Hands-on experience with AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI architectures, modern data platforms, MLOps, and data governance.
- 10+ years of IT experience maintaining large-scale data solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, Agile, customer-focus, and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
- AI project experience.
- Knowledge of vendor technologies in the telecommunications and IT industries.
