Krakow GBS Hub Intern - Communications

What you will do

• Coordinate marketing activities, including trade show logistics, purchase requisitions, and artwork approvals.
• Draft, coordinate approvals for, and publish content across social media, external websites, and the intranet.
• Collect monthly communications metrics, update dashboards, and analyze trends.
• Support brainstorming, research, project follow-up, and communications initiatives.
• Coordinate content planning, revisions, approvals, and publication schedules.
• Maintain organized, correctly tagged communications assets in SharePoint, Brandfolder, and approved repositories.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, well organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
