Project Finance Systems Specialist I (Workday/OneStream)

What you will do

• Manage FreshWorks support tickets and coordinate resolutions within the 48-hour SLA.
• Provide user support, training, and guidance on finance system processes, reports, and functionality.
• Support Workday and OneStream administration, configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze and maintain data flows across Finance, HR, Operations, and IT systems, including data mapping and integration validation.
• Develop report specifications, investigate reporting and integration issues, and support accurate financial information.
• Support month-end close through financial data validation, reconciliation, interface monitoring, governance, and process standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in accounting, finance, or Information Technology.
• 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a service organization.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials administration and configuration.
• Ability to create and analyze reports in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of integrated program management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.
