SSC Training Manager

Location: Available to work from the Tbilisi office, Georgia

What you will do

• Lead Training Leads and Training Specialists, supporting their performance and development.
• Track training KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor Train-the-Trainer certification and ongoing trainer competency.
• Manage high-volume, cohort-based onboarding and continuous learning programs for the SSC.
• Roll out global training projects while adapting delivery to local requirements.
• Represent local SSC needs in global training design and collaborate with cross-functional teams on performance improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing a training team.
• Strong data interpretation and training effectiveness measurement skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design for onboarding and continuous learning.
• Project coordination and performance consulting experience.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global and local teams.
• Fluent English is required, and availability to work from the Tbilisi office is required.
