TL;DR
Automation Engineer (Robotics/AI): Developing, testing, and maintaining robotic software applications and intelligent automation systems with an accent on ROS, autonomous systems, sensors, and AI-enabled technologies. Focus on debugging and validating robotics hardware and software, analyzing system performance, and optimizing reliability and efficiency.
Location: Rayong, Thailand; onsite five days a week

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and support robotics software applications and automation solutions.
- Develop algorithms for robotic platforms, autonomous systems, and intelligent automation technologies.
- Debug, validate, and maintain robotics software and hardware using industry-standard development tools.
- Create software architecture, design, verification, testing, operating, and safety documentation.
- Analyze customer feedback, operational data, and system performance to recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on robotics, AI, machine learning, and automation challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, robotics engineering, software engineering, materials science, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS and exposure to automation systems, sensors, controls, or embedded systems.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, computer vision, or autonomous systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms, data analytics, or edge computing technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Previous internship, academic project, or industry experience in robotics or automation.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python and C++ in a software development environment.
- Exposure to industrial automation, PLCs, mechatronics, or embedded systems.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar source control tools.
- Experience from robotics or automation internships, research projects, university competitions, or industry placements.
