What you will do
- Coordinate Environment team tasks, priorities, workload, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track asset production from blockout to final asset and ensure work stays on schedule.
- Review assets against established art and technical standards and provide feedback.
- Follow up on revisions, blockers, dependencies, and missing information.
- Support artists with production and technical issues, escalating complex matters when needed.
- Coordinate feedback with the 3D Lead, Art Director, producers, project leads, and partner studios.
Requirements
- Experience working in 3D Environment production and its team workflow.
- Ability to coordinate daily production, monitor quality, and maintain delivery standards.
- Ability to identify blockers, risks, dependencies, and quality concerns early.
- Experience supporting artists, knowledge sharing, onboarding, and day-to-day development.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model from Yogyakarta.
