ERP Solution Manager (S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Translate shop-floor operational needs into end-to-end supply chain and demand processes within SAP architecture.
• Enforce the Fit-to-Standard approach and minimize unnecessary customization.
• Structure complex issues into actionable Epics and influence deployment priorities.
• Create clear, business-driven visualizations of complex SAP logic for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate collaboration between Information Management and production sites to deliver business value.

Requirements

• Degree or background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
• At least 5 years of experience in complex, highly regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, or defense.
• At least 5 years of ERP deployment experience with advanced SAP knowledge, ideally S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAFe or Agile methodologies and strong change management leadership.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French and/or German.
