Sun King Store Executive (Solar Energy)

What you will do

• Receive, issue, dispatch, track, and reconcile store inventory according to FIFO standards.
• Maintain stock cards, goods-received and goods-issued logs, daily stock reports, and monthly stock takes.
• Manage spare parts, reorders, faulty stock, repair tools, and tool kits.
• Perform basic technical checks and in-warranty repairs on faulty units.
• Maintain an orderly, safe store and repair workbench while supporting walk-in customers.
• Coordinate with Energy Officers and the Call Center to resolve customer queries and verify warranty eligibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a related role.
• Working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with proven report-writing experience.
• Effective communication, customer-service, teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, a proactive attitude, and the ability to maintain safety and organization standards.
• Knowledge of the local territory is an advantage.
