TL;DR
Senior Frontend Developer (Fintech): Building innovative, high-volume and low-latency web applications with an accent on React, Next.js, Node.js, performance, and security. Focus on designing scalable mission-critical systems, resolving application bottlenecks, implementing data protection, and mentoring junior developers.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

What you will do
- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency web applications for mission-critical systems.
- Build and deliver new features with cross-functional teams.
- Improve application performance, availability, quality, and responsiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and maintain code integrity and organization.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Mentor and guide junior developers while staying current with web technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SASS or LESS, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with Git and deploying applications on AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of web application development from user interface design through relational database structures.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Knowledge of UI/UX standards, Agile development, and SEO principles.
