Technical Support Engineer (Peru)

What you will do

• Handle technical inquiries through registration and incident management systems.
• Perform initial diagnostics, classify queries, and provide solutions for incidents and consultation requests.
• Route requests to relevant support teams or partner organizations and maintain accurate incident information.
• Collect service-quality feedback and educate users on resolving common issues independently.
• Identify local IT partners, providers, and equipment suppliers for new launches and locations.
• Source and purchase IT equipment, maintain facilities, and develop technical solutions for local operational challenges.

Requirements

• Experience with query registration systems and Service Desk platforms.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of modern IT technologies.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.
• High energy, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
