Location: Lima; the role supports the Bolivia region.

What you will do

  • Handle inquiries through registration and centralized information systems.
  • Log, diagnose, classify, and resolve incidents and consultation requests.
  • Route queries to relevant support teams or partner organizations after preliminary diagnostics.
  • Update requests, collect service-quality feedback, and educate users on resolving common issues independently.
  • Identify partners, providers, and IT equipment suppliers for new launches and locations.
  • Source and purchase equipment, maintain facilities, and develop technical solutions for changing local-market conditions.

Requirements

  • Experience with query registration systems and Service Desk platforms.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of modern IT technologies.
  • Fluent English and Spanish are required.
  • High energy, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
