About the Role
You will own day-to-day operational coordination for financial services products and connect internal stakeholders with external partners. You will triage issues, monitor SLAs, manage payments and invoicing, reconcile revenue, identify operational risks, support product launches, and help ensure lending, insurance, and cash advance products operate effectively.
Requirements
- Experience in operations ideally in financial services fintech payments or partner-facing operations
- Ability to coordinate across teams and external partners without formal authority
- Comfort using data to identify trends and monitor performance
- Strong understanding of or ability to learn lending insurance and cash advance products
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex issues in an ambiguous environment
- Curiosity and proactive problem resolution
Responsibilities
- Coordinate financial services tasks across markets and teams
- Connect teams so product issues are owned end to end
- Develop specialist knowledge of lending insurance and cash advance products
- Identify recurring customer issues and structural solutions
- Use data to identify risks and support collections or merchant engagement
- Manage day-to-day partner coordination
- Triage and escalate operational issues
- Monitor partner SLAs
- Monitor partner payments and invoicing
- Reconcile revenue shares with Finance
- Support launches of new products and partners
