What you will do
- Conduct analytical testing of process, environmental, utility, gas, liquid, and LNG samples.
- Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
- Perform accurate custody transfer analysis of LNG products.
- Manage laboratory records, calibration data, and test results in LIMS.
- Prepare reports and trend analyses using LIMS and Microsoft Office.
- Support sampling investigations, KPI reporting, laboratory performance monitoring, and contract deliverables.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience in gas, LNG, petrochemical, oil and gas, or related process industries.
- Experience operating and maintaining gas chromatography, ion chromatography, auto titrators, UV/visible spectrophotometry, ICP, and Sir Galahad or similar combustion analysis equipment.
- Strong understanding of laboratory quality systems and analytical methodologies.
- Problem-solving, troubleshooting, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Laboratory Information Management Systems.
