What you will do
- Configure and manage Microsoft Exchange Online Protection for secure and reliable email delivery.
- Implement spam filtering, phishing protection, malware prevention, and email traffic monitoring.
- Manage firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and other perimeter security appliances.
- Monitor alerts and logs, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop security policies, conduct audits and assessments, and maintain compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other applicable standards.
- Provide end-user training and maintain documentation of security configurations, incidents, and changes.
Requirements
- Experience managing Exchange Online Protection and email security controls.
- Knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and perimeter security appliances.
- Ability to monitor security events, respond to incidents, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Experience developing security policies, conducting audits, and supporting regulatory compliance.
- Ability to document security configurations, incidents, and changes and support user awareness activities.
