What you will do
- Write and maintain Python, Bash, and similar scripts for security automation, log aggregation, alert handling, and operational workflows.
- Support SAST, DAST, secrets detection, software composition analysis, vulnerability triage, and security tooling within CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain webhook-based alert integrations, internal cybersecurity applications, dependencies, container images, documentation, and infrastructure code.
- Monitor Infrastructure-as-Code configuration scans and cloud configuration drift across AWS environments.
- Assist with IAM audits, orphaned-account detection, security evidence gathering, and regulatory reporting support.
- Use APIs, automation tools, AI, machine learning, and LLM assistants responsibly to improve security operations.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience as an engineer, with an interest in developing toward DevSecOps and platform security.
- Practical scripting experience with Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Foundational knowledge of CI/CD security tooling, including SAST, DAST, secrets detection, software composition analysis, and vulnerability triage.
- Basic familiarity with Git, pull requests, software delivery workflows, AWS, IAM, Infrastructure-as-Code, and configuration drift monitoring.
- Ability to maintain reliable internal systems, dependencies, documentation, and automation solutions.
- Must work onsite in Hong Kong (SAR).
