Assistant Controller (Gaming)

What you will do

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and support accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports in accordance with US GAAP.
• Coordinate annual audits with external auditors and prepare the required schedules.
• Manage data and documentation for global tax filings, including VAT, corporate tax, and US sales tax.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations and maintain the accuracy of global financial records.
• Partner with the Corporate Controller on workflow improvements, new tools, automation, and analytical projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Licensed CPA with mandatory Big 4 internship experience.
• Direct experience auditing high-tech companies.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical capabilities.
• Fluent English proficiency and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to independently learn new systems and AI tools; organized, self-starting, and team-oriented approach.
