Associate Staff Engineer (Mobile - iOS - SwiftUI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain core modules of the China iOS app.
• Participate in technical solution design, requirements reviews, interface integration, code reviews, and unit testing.
• Optimize startup speed, UI fluency, memory usage, crash rates, network adaptation, package size, and multi-device and multi-system compatibility.
• Investigate production anomalies, crash logs, and user feedback; fix bugs and support hotfixes and version releases.
• Collaborate with the global mobile team on shared components, SDK standards, release processes, and technical specifications.
• Build modular and reusable technical components, support mobile analytics tracking, and improve R&D efficiency.

Requirements

• Mandarin language proficiency is required.
• Experience with iOS mobile development and SwiftUI.
• Ability to work with iOS architecture, componentization, version adaptation, and system compatibility.
• Experience with performance optimization, crash troubleshooting, unit testing, and production bug fixing.
• Ability to implement China-specific business rules and regulatory compliance adaptations.

• Capability in Swift.
