TL;DR
Digital/Front-End Experience Engineer (Edge AI): Translating business, ecosystem, and customer requirements into scalable digital experiences for Intel Edge AI and Robotics platforms with an accent on user journeys, information architecture, UX standards, wireframes, and production-ready requirements. Focus on defining AI-assisted search and guided workflows, establishing consistent platform experiences, and reviewing delivered capabilities for usability and quality.
Location: On-site in Penang, Malaysia

What you will do
- Translate stakeholder and customer needs into product requirements, user journeys, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Define information architecture for catalog, onboarding, qualification, training, and partner enablement experiences.
- Create development-ready UX specifications for internal and external delivery teams.
- Partner with business units, ecosystem program owners, stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to prioritize platform capabilities.
- Establish UX standards and review delivered capabilities against usability and production-quality expectations.
- Define AI-assisted search, recommendations, chatbot assistance, and guided workflows that improve customer journeys.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in UX design, product design, human-computer interaction, information systems, computer science, product management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in UX architecture, product design, digital product management, enterprise web platforms, or customer-facing digital experiences.
- Experience converting ambiguous business requirements into user journeys, UX specifications, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, content models, metadata, usability principles, and platform consistency.
- Experience working with engineering, product, marketing, and business stakeholders in globally distributed teams.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React or similar frameworks, CMS/content platforms, information architecture, search, and AI-assisted or conversational experiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with ecosystem, partner, marketplace, developer, catalog, onboarding, or technical enablement platforms.
- Experience designing AI-assisted search, guided recommendations, chatbot workflows, or ligent content discovery.
- Familiarity with web content management systems, structured content, analytics, taxonomy, and search optimization.
- Experience supporting hardware, software, developer, robotics, Edge AI, or technical qualification programs.
