What you will do
- Own the strategic marketing plan for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio and strengthen ’s position in the electrophysiology market.
- Align global, regional, and country stakeholders across marketing, sales, training and education, clinical, and operational teams.
- Turn customer insights and market trends into segmentation, product positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies.
- Build KOL engagement plans, develop clinical communities, and serve as the product and technology champion.
- Partner with field teams to create campaigns, sales enablement tools, and training initiatives using digital and live formats.
- Lead projects, remove barriers, mentor colleagues, and structure scalable marketing solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, engineering, life sciences, or business.
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in medical devices, cardiac rhythm management, or electrophysiology.
- Strong project execution, organizational leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate meaningful insights, and understand clinical and technical topics quickly.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel for 30–50% of working time.
