What you will do
- Develop and maintain solution architecture artifacts aligned with business requirements, roadmaps, and enterprise architecture.
- Define architectural patterns, standards, and guidelines for scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performing applications.
- Identify integration patterns, architecture challenges, and opportunities to improve domain and enterprise architecture.
- Work with the Enterprise Architect to define the target state for software development and architecture.
- Guide development teams in delivering business outcomes, managing operational risk, and implementing evolutionary architectures.
- Track emerging technologies, identify knowledge gaps, and share engineering practices with the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Typically 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
- Hands-on development and delivery experience across mobile, web, microservices, cloud adoption, and structured or non-structured databases.
- Broad experience with AWS cloud services and architectural design while leading software development teams.
- Knowledge of refactoring, clean code, domain-driven design, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and enterprise integration.
- Experience with Agile, Lean, continuous delivery, Scrum, CI/CD, and test-driven development, plus strong communication and mentoring skills.
