Sr.CRA 1 (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Manage clinical staff supporting clinical studies, including work allocation, performance assessment, professional development, and employee relations.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Ensure staff have the required materials, system access, training, and SOP knowledge.
• Allocate staff to clinical research projects based on experience and training.
• Review clinical work quality, workload, and performance metrics.
• Identify quality risks, create corrective action plans, and collaborate with clinical teams on project challenges and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare field preferred.
• Prior clinical trial experience, including management or leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulations, including Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, laptops, and applicable mobile devices.
• Good command of written and verbal English is required.
