Senior Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates — hybrid. Candidates must have the right to work in the jurisdiction where they will work.

What you will do

• Own software delivery from design and development through deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and production support.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Flask, FastAPI, AWS, Angular, and SQL databases.
• Lead architectural decisions and build scalable, maintainable, reliable services and long-term features.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape technical solutions.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and support processes, troubleshoot complex issues, and participate in incident response.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews covering quality, security, and performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end feature ownership.
• Experience with modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Experience managing both development and operational aspects of software, including performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Prior senior-level experience mentoring or guiding team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
