AI Response Labeler / Annotator (French Specialty) (AI evaluation and French cultural context): Comparing and evaluating AI-generated responses across varied content types, with an accent on factual accuracy, relevance, reasoning, instruction-following, tone, safety, and French conventions used in France. Focus on identifying subtle quality differences, applying detailed annotation guidelines consistently, and documenting evidence-based decisions across a high volume of tasks.
Location: Remote from Mexico. During the approximately 30-day training and qualification period, work is required from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time; afterward, standard business hours may be followed in the local time zone.
Compensation: MXN $255–$290 per hour; estimated full-time monthly equivalent of MXN $40,800–$46,400.

What you will do
- Compare AI-generated responses side by side and determine which better meets user needs.
- Evaluate factual accuracy, relevance, completeness, reasoning, clarity, instruction-following, tone, safety, and overall usefulness.
- Assess English, French, and bilingual content across questions and answers, search results, file-based tasks, image-based responses, generated content, and conversations.
- Apply French language expertise to terminology, tone, regional conventions, idioms, and cultural context specific to France.
- Apply scenario-specific annotation guidelines, document evidence-based decisions, and maintain consistent judgment across high-volume assignments.
- Complete training, calibration, qualification, and ongoing quality-review activities while incorporating feedback.
Requirements
- Native-level or professional fluency in French, with deep familiarity with French as used in France.
- Strong English fluency and reading comprehension for complex prompts, AI responses, and annotation guidelines.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, written communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to evaluate varied content for factuality, relevance, reasoning, clarity, instruction-following, cultural appropriateness, and usefulness.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and consistent judgment during repetitive, detail-oriented work.
- Must work from Mexico and complete the structured onboarding and qualification program before production work.
Nice to have
- Experience with side-by-side labeling, data annotation, comparative content evaluation, or quality assessment.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated responses or model quality.
- Experience with search relevance, content quality, factual accuracy, or user-facing digital experiences.
- Experience working with detailed guidelines, rubrics, or structured decision-making frameworks.
