What you will do
- Design complete missions from prototype and layout through final implementation and polish.
- Define mission pacing, structure, objectives, progression, player guidance, and gameplay flow.
- Build clean and maintainable visual scripting systems connecting gameplay, narrative, animation, audio, and artificial intelligence.
- Create fluid, intuitive missions with strong player agency, narrative interconnections, and multiple gameplay outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain gameplay quality and production consistency.
- Mentor level design teammates and contribute to workflow and quality improvements.
Requirements
- Strong experience in level design, including ownership of mission design and implementation.
- Excellent understanding of pacing, flow, player guidance, and readability.
- Strong understanding of technical implementation, visual scripting, and interconnected gameplay systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a complex, multidisciplinary production environment.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Player-focused and solution-oriented approach with the ability to support teammates and share knowledge.
