Senior Specialist Field Engineer - SaaS

Salary: $182,000–$242,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Enable field teams through feature walkthroughs, playbooks, demo guides, and office hours.
• Design and lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, feature adoption sessions, and post-sale planning.
• Build reusable reference architectures, sample code, demo environments, and integration templates.
• Support high-priority customer engagements with hands-on technical work to unblock deals and validate workflows.
• Help customers design, test, and troubleshoot SaaS integrations involving APIs, data flows, identity and access, and third-party systems.
• Contribute examples, integrations, demo applications, internal tools, documentation, and bug fixes through the engineering review process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, SRE, or field engineering.
• Strong Python skills and confidence writing and reviewing code with customers.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Must meet applicable U.S. export-control access requirements, including U.S. person status or eligibility for export authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience creating workshops, playbooks, or enablement content for field or sales teams.
• Background in MLOps, LLMOps, ML/AI pipelines, GenAI tooling, or LLMs.
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools and integration patterns.
• Experience delivering reusable sample code, demo applications, or internal tools.
