What you will do
- Run daily office and workplace operations, including facilities, space planning, supplies, health and safety, policies, and external vendor relationships.
- Own the internal business systems stack, including Google Workspace, Slack, expense and procurement tools, equipment provisioning, and workplace technology.
- Design scalable onboarding, offboarding, procurement, cross-functional handoff, and employee-experience processes.
- Plan and deliver all-hands meetings, offsites, team celebrations, holiday events, office moves, and new-office openings.
- Build operational playbooks and maintain consistent standards across Israel and US offices.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with GTM, R&D, G&A, People/HR, and IT/Security teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Workplace Operations, Office Management, People Operations, or general Operations, including team leadership.
- Required experience personally running office management, business systems, or employee experience while scaling a company from approximately 100 to 500+ employees.
- Hands-on experience selecting and administering workplace tools and managing IT and vendor relationships.
- Experience designing scalable onboarding, internal events, and employee-experience programs.
- Strong vendor negotiation, budget management, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup and build repeatable systems.
Nice to have
- Experience managing multiple offices or geographies, including Israel or another international location.
- Experience opening or building a new office outside Israel from scratch.
- Experience partnering closely with People/HR and IT/Security teams.
