Manager Regional Operations (Transportation): Managing bus-partner operations and improving line performance in Portugal with an accent on KPI analysis, service quality, partner relationships, and driver support. Location: Based in the Lisbon area, with responsibilities in Porto and travel throughout Portugal. Hybrid work model with office-first flexibility. Monthly domestic travel with occasional overnight stays and international travel up to twice per year.

What you will do
- Manage operational topics related to bus partners and monitor partner performance through KPI analysis.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with bus partners and support Flix operations in bus stations and ticket shops.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and protocols by training, supporting, and developing partner drivers.
- Conduct regular inspections and improve fleet quality, driver performance, punctuality, and line operations.
- Support the accurate launch of new lines and participate in cross-functional operational projects.
- Coordinate with Line Planning, Business Development, and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in transportation operations in Portugal or Spain, or in a dynamic environment handling daily incoming requests.
- Strong stakeholder-management, social, negotiation, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on, independent, reliable, responsible, flexible, and resourceful working style.
- Willingness to travel at least monthly, usually with one overnight stay, plus occasional international travel.
- Portuguese at native or proficient speaker level and highly fluent English are required; language skills will be tested.
- Ability to follow operational processes and motivate internal and external stakeholders.
