Product Strategy (Web Development) Intern - Summer 2027

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States; 40 hours per week in-office

What you will do

• Conduct product research, customer discovery, market research, and data analysis.
• Build internal efficiency tools and prototypes for targeted projects.
• Create dashboards to support product decision-making.
• Optimize internal AI tools and automate Aha idea intake.
• Collaborate across functions, own deliverables, and present findings to leadership.

Requirements

• Foundation in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program during the internship, or graduating in May/Spring.
• Considered a junior or senior by credit hours.
• Available to work 40 hours per week in-office in Jacksonville, Florida.
• Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship.
• Experience with databases, APIs, Python, or Node is a plus.
