Director, Service Supply Chain Transformation (COE)

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain

Salary: $166,050–$265,700 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Define and lead the multi-year Service Supply Chain transformation vision, operating model, capability roadmap, and investment portfolio.
• Lead a global portfolio of physical and digital transformation programs across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and value realization.
• Establish transformation methodologies, phase-gate reviews, governance frameworks, decision routines, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate priorities and resource commitments across Plan, Make, Source, Logistics, Returns, Finance, IT/Digital Transformation, and other Centers of Excellence.
• Lead organizational change management, readiness planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable adoption.
• Develop a global team of program and project managers, business solution architects, and functional or technical subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 years of experience in supply chain, service supply chain, operations, transformation, program leadership, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional transformation programs in complex matrixed organizations.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps, governance models, investment priorities, business cases, and value realization mechanisms.
• Experience leading teams and building capabilities in program management, change management, analytics, and transformation execution.
• Knowledge of supply chain transformation, digital transformation, process redesign, network optimization, operating model design, financial analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
