What you will do
- Complete three rotations across AI and analytics, including introductory AI and analytics, applied AI for business opportunities, and AI solutions.
- Develop skills in data exploration, analytics, data science, machine learning, AI solutions engineering, and AI deployment.
- Build data pipelines and AI solutions that help businesses and customers improve efficiency and performance.
- Apply AI to business problems and recommend approaches that address internal customer needs.
- Work with colleagues across multiple business units and geographic locations while participating in leadership development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, computer science, software engineering, information systems, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related field, with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
- Strong interest in becoming an AI engineer, data engineer, data analyst, or data scientist.
- At least two demonstrated leadership examples and either one degree-related internship or six months of related AI work experience.
- Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, Tableau or other visualization software, and cloud-based tools such as BigQuery or Redshift.
- Canadian citizenship or legal authorization to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Onsite presence five days per week and geographic flexibility are required.
