Salary: €65,000–€80,000 base per year, depending on experience, plus bonus

What you will do
- Own the DORA and operational resilience framework for ’s two Irish payments and markets entities.
- Maintain policies, control mappings, risk assessments, metrics, evidence, and remediation plans aligned with DORA and Central Bank of Ireland expectations.
- Map critical services and dependencies across people, processes, technology, data, and third parties.
- Coordinate business impact assessments, resilience testing, business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery, and communications arrangements.
- Oversee ICT incident classification, escalation, regulatory reporting, root-cause analysis, and remediation.
- Advise senior management and both Irish Boards, lead regulatory engagement, and coordinate with Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and Operations.
Requirements
- Work from the Dublin office in Ireland.
- Experience managing DORA and operational resilience frameworks within regulated payments, financial services, or related environments.
- Ability to coordinate ICT risk, incident reporting, resilience testing, service mapping, continuity, and third-party oversight.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple functions and legal entities.
- Ability to prepare management dashboards, decision papers, regulatory responses, and Board materials.
