Project And Client Services Associate (VIE)

Location: Oslo, Norway; the position is office-based.

What you will do

• Support senior project managers and experts with the implementation of Nord Pool strategic projects.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Assist with client requests and provide customer support.
• Conduct analysis and desktop research for customer-tailored events and workshops.
• Help arrange events and training sessions.
• Support administrative and reporting activities, including client invoices and project budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, power engineering, technology, or a related field.
• First internship or work experience and experience creating reports and presentations.
• Planning, organisational, problem-solving, time-management, communication, multitasking, and adaptability skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English required.
• Command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting assignments or project management.
• Interest in customer assistance and energy-market services.
