Project Manager (Traffic)

What you will do

• Lead project teams and manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables, resources, quality, and client expectations.
• Lead traffic engineering studies and design packages covering signals, signing, pavement markings, and traffic control plans.
• Oversee traffic impact, operational, safety, and corridor analyses and prepare related technical reports.
• Direct signal timing and coordination, turn-lane and intersection improvements, and multimodal accommodations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary work with roadway, drainage, structures, traffic operations, planning teams, subconsultants, clients, and agencies.
• Support business development, client pursuits, quality oversight, financial stewardship, and mentoring of technical staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects from conception through completion; 6 years preferred.
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, teams, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, relationship-building, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
